Job Description

• Identify and pursue prospects; follow up on sales leads.

• Present offerings, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts.

• Coordinate onboarding and foster positive relationships to maximize retention.

• Actively listen to customer concerns and resolve issues.

• Educate customers on services, features, and next steps.
