• Foundational understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively

• Willing to work night shifts

Job Description

• Join our night shift team to keep systems running smoothly. You’ll provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist with routine maintenance in coordination with the I.T. department.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to staff during night hours

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues

  • Assist with system maintenance, updates, and monitoring

  • Perform data backups and support security monitoring

  • Document fixes and provide clear handoff notes to the day team
